I grew up with VH. I freaked the fuck out when I bought the 45 of Why Can't This Be Love, (Get Up was the B side)
While VanHagar was softer, and no longer VH to me. GODDAMNIT 5150 HAD SOME GREAT SONGS

Eh, Van Hagar had some good stuff, Why Can't This Be Love is a pretty awesome song. Sammy is much more awesome solo. VH is much better with David Lee Roth. I've seen DLR in concert both solo and with Van Halen and that man can still sing.
